Return & Exchange Eligibility

    • Time Frame: You can return or exchange your item within 3 days from the date of delivery.
    • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. It should also be in the original packaging with tags intact.
    • Exceptions: Custom printed items that have been personalized as per your specifications are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

    • Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product (if applicable).
    • Our team will assist you with the return or exchange process.

Return Process

    • After your return is approved, we will send you a return authorization with our return address.

    • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Refund Process

    • For Online Payments: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or online wallet) within 7-10 business days.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Please email your account details for NEFT or UPI along with your order number and contact information to balagnewone@gmail.com We will process the refund to the provided account details.
Note: Refunds are processed only for the product value. Shipping charges, COD charges, or any other additional charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If the product you received is not the right size, or if you prefer a different design, you can exchange the item.

    • You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item. We will cover the cost of sending the replacement product.

Damaged or Defective Items

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Send us photos of the damage or defect, and we will assist you with a refund or replacement.
    • We ensure that any defective product will be replaced at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellation
